
Transformative Partners Program
ACE TPP is a program where A-E-C professionals actively mentor, engage with, and support ACE Alumni through their post-secondary academic studies. The goal is to ensure ACE alumni successfully complete their studies and enter as a full-time employee of the construction industry.
Student Participant Qualifications
High school graduate (or senior graduating in the spring) currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (i.e., college, vocational programming, etc.)
Pursuing an A-C-E related major or course of study, with an intention to continue into the building and design profession after graduation
Participated in the ACE Mentor Program in high school and is registered in the ACE Database




Why Should I join?

You get mentor support throughout post-secondary studies to help you excel through to graduation.

Your mentor will provide assistance in finding yearly paid summer internship offers or other ACE related opportunities to eligible participants.

Support in getting hired into the construction industry as a full-time employee.

Opportunities for professional development, networking and support.
What does an ACE TPP MENTEE do?

Meet regularly with your mentor to ask questions and seek advice.

Receive professional, academic, and personal advice from your TPP mentee.

Submit quick quarterly surveys to ACE letting us know how things are going.
What is the Time Commitment?

Mentors and mentees meet once or twice a month through mostly virtual. communication, with about 1-2 hours dedicated to the match.

Qualified participants may be involved in an ACE related summer internship.

Periodic webinars to support professional development 2-3 times a year.

How do I get involved?

Must be an ACE Alumni who is 18 years old by the time you are matched & registered in ACE Alumni Database.

Submit a quick application so we know how to best match you with a mentor.

If matched, attend orientation and connect with your mentor.
